We help with the start-up process, checking that the indexing unit is working correctly. This enables us to certify the correct functioning of our units by:

  • Checking the correct dimensioning and selection of the unit
  • Checking the functioning and adjustment of the units
  • Checking they have been correctly installed by both the integrator and the end user

We repair indexing units of any brand, providing a comprehensive solution. We take the unit to our facilities for dismantling, cleaning and inspection and inform you of the wear or damage detected, sending an estimate for its repair, including:

  • Checking the functioning and adjustment of the units
  • Checking the state of the internal parts
  • Reworking damaged parts (chrome-plating, grinding, etc.) or producing the same parts
  • Replacing bearings, oil seals, followers, shafts, motor units etc. with original spares
  • Assembly, adjustments and checking the functioning of the units after repair
